It's an old building (small elevator), but the B&B is new and clean. Beds are great (Ikea), bathroom is nice and clean. Breakfast is Italian (sweet) but you can get enough to eat. Airco, tv and wi-fi available and working. Mario the manager is very helpfull and friendly. Location is near the busstation and the Metro Republica. Restaurants and stores nearby. There is a lot of noise (but that everywhere in Rome), but with the windows close you don't hear much of it. We where there when it was very hot, and we wouldn't have made it through when this hotel wasn't so comfy. Great place!!

Room is very clean as the picture displayed and the owner,Mario is absolutely helpful. He provided a lot of practical information about our trips. It was really beneficial for us. In addition, the breakfast is fresh and satisfied. Location is also good. The b&b is near subway around 5 mins walk. Walking to train station with large luggages like us would cost 15-20 mins, however, without luggages, it would only cost 10- 12 mins. The tourist points such as Piazza di Spagna is around 8-10 mins walking distance. There are 3-4 restaurants around here. The chain supermarket called spar takes around 5 mins walk. All in all, the location is good and the b&b is really valuable. Mario is definitely nice. It was strongly recommended to stay in Bed & Breakfast Agli Horti Sallustiani. If we come back to Rome, it was our first priority to stay.
It was suggested to provide the credit card equiptment which would be better for backpackers

This bed and breakfast is conveniently located near authentic restaurants that offer delicious local cuisine at reasonable prices. It is also close to famous landmarks and a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer amenities like a small fridge and air conditioning. The breakfast is simple but satisfying, with options like tea, coffee, bread, butter. The hosts are friendly and helpful, providing useful information and assistance throughout the stay.
The shower cabin may need some renovation, as there were reports of mold in the bathroom.

The hotel of choice in Rome. Amazing venue with airy rooms and friendly staff. The rooms with breakfast. Absolutely perfect location close to the center. Just next door to good restaurants, a very good safe area, pretty close to a lot of tourist attractions and VERY close to Termini and Republica stations and both the Vatican and the Centro Storico and Ancient Rome.

Great location, close to all attractions and local restaurants/metro station. The room was clean and comfortable, with high ceilings that made it feel spacious. The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The host, Mario, was incredibly kind and helpful, greeting us every morning and ensuring everything was ok. He provided a delicious breakfast and gave us a city map with highlighted routes to all the places we wanted to visit. The free Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.
The shower was a little mediocre and there were some marks on the wall, but they didn't affect our overall experience or stay at all.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, close to Termini and popular attractions. The spacious apartment-style setup offers a local experience. The air conditioner and fridge in the room were convenient, and the breakfast prepared in advance was a nice touch. Friendly staff and good value make for a pleasant stay.
